• Distance fees

  • We include the first 50 miles from our zip code (11713) at no extra cost.

  • Beyond that, we charge $0.70 per mile for the round trip.

  • Example: If a venue is 100 miles away, the round trip is 200 miles. The travel fee is $0.70 × 200, which comes out to $140.

• Location fees

  • Some venues require a photography permit or have parking fees.

  • We pass these fees on at their actual cost.

  • Example: Planting Fields Arboretum charges $100 for a photo permit and $8 for parking. We would add $108 to the total.

• Extended photoshoots

  • An extra charge applies if you want us to stay for an additional hour.

  • We’ll quote you the hourly rate when you ask for more time.

• Switching locations

  • If we need to move to a different location during the same session, a $300 fee applies.
